Privacy Policy.
Your data is safe with us
Last Updated: July 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Kytos Sports LLC collects, uses, and shares information when you use the HPT website and apps ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
About Us
Company: Kytos Sports LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, Sheridan County, WY 82801 USA. Phone: (307) 461-9636.
Interpretation and Definitions
- Account: A unique account created for you to access the Service.
- Device: Any device that can access the Service.
- Personal Data: Information that identifies or can be reasonably linked to an individual.
- Service: The HPT website at https://hpt.pro and the HPT mobile apps.
- Usage Data: Data collected automatically, such as session duration, pages viewed, and device signals.
What We Collect
Information You Provide
- Account and profile details such as email address, phone number (if provided), and display name.
- Content you upload or submit (e.g., stats, notes, posts, feedback).
- Support requests and communications.
From Your Device
- Usage Data, diagnostics, crash logs, and basic device information.
- Cookie and similar identifiers on the website for core functionality and analytics.
Health and Activity Data (With Permission)
If you grant permission, the apps may read and/or write activity and training metrics from Apple HealthKit or Health Connect to operate features such as workout import, trends, and insights. Examples include workout summaries, heart rate, active energy, distance, and similar training metrics available on your platform. Access is limited to the categories you approve in the OS permissions.
Injury Records (Optional)
You may choose to log injuries and suspected concussions, including dates, notes, photos, recovery updates, links to HPT sessions, and playing-status history. Injury records are private by default and shown only to you; they are not visible to teammates, connections, community feeds, nearby-player views, or leaderboards. We do not use injury records for aggregate analytics unless you choose to enable injury tracking and accept the injury-data consent. If you do, HPT may analyze injury information only in de-identified, aggregated form to operate and improve the Service, such as understanding common injury types and recovery timelines. Those analytics do not expose identities, individual records, participant counts, or the total number of HPT users. We do not sell injury records or use them for third-party advertising. Our staff may access individual records only when necessary to provide support, process a deletion request, or comply with law. While injury tracking is enabled and you have provided the required consent, you can edit or delete individual injuries. You can delete all injury data from your account even after revoking injury-tracking consent; deletion also removes photos, notes, recovery updates, and linked-session associations and excludes the deleted data from future aggregate analysis. Deleting a linked injury does not delete the HPT session itself.
Medical and Safety Disclaimer
HPT is a sports performance and fitness tracking service. HPT is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
Health, recovery, cardiovascular, AI-generated, and training-load information is provided for informational and coaching purposes only. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Injury and concussion logging is a personal record-keeping tool. HPT does not diagnose injuries, assess concussions, or provide return-to-play guidance or clearance. Always seek evaluation from a qualified healthcare professional before returning to activity.
